Individual Log - Prem

This weeks progress was limited because I had to go out of town for the weekend, but final fitment has been made for to valves and sensors (see below) to make the assembly more symmetric for final fitting, and individual measurements have been taken for the cutouts of the valve enclosure.

The flow sensor was tested to gain insight on its behavior in order to calibrate it to the system, and this was done by seeing how long it takes to fill a 4.5 cup container (0.28 gallons) at various frequencies ranging from 5-55Hz.

It was discovered that the flow sensor is unreliable at frequencies below 15Hz, so this information was discarded, and the average was taken of the higher frequencies and divided to yield a flow rate of 5.88 milli gallons per pulse. This information can be used to display N/A at low flow rates, and otherwise accumulate the pulses to calculate and display the water consumption.

New tables were also generated for the budget, one for the product, and one for the project. Although they are still incomplete, I have received a fully itemized table from Zach for each section, and will combine it with mine and Conners to generate a complete table by this week.
