
Weekly Meetings
Meeting #1 - January 8th, 2025 - 12:00p - 1:11p (1.125 Hours)
Our initial meeting with Dr. Ejaz included a review of the syllabus in which information regarding our proposal performance assessment, course learning outcomes, class meeting specifics, and what deliverables (webpage, report, and presentation) would be necessary for completion of the course. Furthermore, Dr. Ejaz explained group member responsibilities and how to effectively work as a team and as an individual throughout the proposal and project process. This included group members developing a plan for the coming weeks on how to balance the workload and prepare deliverables as a team for each weekly meeting. Project scope and specifics were discussed, specifically how projects should be approached from a perspective that impacts and improves society, and how project budgets are being handled at this time.

Expectations for the next weekly meeting were discussed, which included: creating a website and preparing it with the following: landing page, progress log, time & effort table, and weekly meetings log; and beginning research on project ideas complete with a summary and references for each, and block diagrams illustrating hardware and software implementation.
